Sourcing & Advertising
Core Team maintains a large database of applicants for various trades and disciplines and we can readily provide resumes of available candidates for your review and selection. However, for large requirements, we will do field recruiting, internet, radio, tv and print media advertising.
Pre-Screening
Core Team will thoroughly review all the resumes by experienced Recruiting Engineers and match them to the client requirements, conduct initial interview with the applicant to ascertain the suitability for the position, verify all the credentials and experience certificates before presenting the candidates for client review.
